We use personal data to run the platform and support operational needs, including:

• To create and manage user accounts.
• To provide booking and lesson operations.
• To verify payment receipts and maintain financial records.
• To send operational notifications (including WhatsApp reminders, where enabled).
• To protect the platform against abuse and fraud.

If WhatsApp reminders are enabled, we use Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to send operational messages such as lesson payment reminders. Your phone number is processed for message delivery only and is not sold.

We rely on a small set of service providers to operate the platform:

• Hosting and application infrastructure providers.
• Database and storage providers.
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (for WhatsApp message delivery).
• Email provider (for account recovery or service communications).

We retain data only as long as required to provide services, keep operational records, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized where feasible.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
