Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your account and personal data related to TZH Sports Centre services.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email your request to zhihong0924@gmail.com using the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your registered email address and phone number so we can identify your account.
3. We may contact you to verify ownership before processing deletion.

What We Delete

• Account profile information (name, email, phone) where removable.
• Booking and lesson linkage to your account where legally permissible.
• Operational messaging identifiers where applicable.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, anti-fraud, or operational compliance obligations (for example, invoicing/payment audit records) for the minimum required retention period.

Processing Time

We target processing verified deletion requests within 30 days.
